Our Product Integrity
We always advocate that you should select the best products you can afford and in these challenging times, it’s no different. Many cheaper imports are flooding into the UK and it can be tempting to go down this route, but unknowingly to many, a lot of this equipment doesn’t have any product conformity standards. We insist on this and urge you to do so too. In fact, our investment into the integrity of our products runs into tens of thousands of pounds a year – but we don’t pass this cost onto you our customer – we believe it has to be a given – we want to ensure we offer the best and safest products possible.

We support a number of professional bodies including the Craft Guild of Chefs, Microwave Technologies Association, Foodservice Consultants Society International, Catering Equipment Suppliers Association, Hospital Caterers Association and Health Estates and Facilities Management Association, plus we are a main sponsor of the Cost Sector Catering Awards.
We also work in partnership with a number of major food companies and suppliers helping us to ensure we keep abreast of industry trends and maintain our position at the forefront of product innovation. Our state of the art Development Kitchen was borne specifically for this reason – working together in partnership with our customers and business partners we can not only provide the right equipment but a complete business solution too. The 2,500 sq ft dedicated facility offers a valuable hands-on environment to develop new menus and concepts.
The Development Kitchen has played host to a number of industry, including ‘Cook Live’ demonstrations and foodservice seminars – many top development chefs from around the UK have now experienced this centre of excellence. Future plans include ‘cook-off’ competitions, new product launches, product training and continued food menu development. The centre is open to all within the industry – so please let us know if you would like to use this facility.
